The legacy begins...
Located in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, J.B.P.W.L.S. is a full service Pop Warner Association which provides over 600 children the opportunity to participate in football and cheerleading. Beginning with the Mighty Mite level ( ages 7-10 ) up through the Midget level ( ages to 15), the program established itself as disciplined and hard working, thus producing Football and Cheerleading champions year after year.
In 1995 Jacksonville, Florida won a NFL franchise and named it the Jaguars. The very same day the Jacksonville Beach Jaguars were born when the NFL granted Jacksonville Beach Pop Warner rights to use the Jaguars name and logo products. Uniforms of Teal, Black and White were ordered as well a Black helmets with NFL authorized logos. Jacksonville Beach Jaguars inaugural season was a success.
Success breeds success, in 1996 we supported a total of 8 teams, two teams from Mighty Mite to Peewee and one each at the Junior Midget and Midget levels. Levels with two teams were separated into teal and gold divisions. During our second season as Jaguars, 4 teal advanced to the Division finals and two advanced to the Conference Championship where both were crowned as Champions. In addition, numerous Jaguar Players were amongst the academic All Americans honored at Walt Disney World during the Pop Warner Superbowl.
Today, Jacksonville Beach Pop Warner continues it's winning traditions and producing quality cheerleaders and football players. Many of Jacksonville Beach Pop Warner Alumni have excelled in High School and College both athletically and academically.
