Registration Information Please have a parent or guardian present with your child for registration. You do not need any paperwork other than the registration form. Your coach or team mom will contact you for the additional items needed at a later date. View age & weight requirements for each division. Download the 2009 physical & registration form. Registrations are held at Wingate Park.
